I'm currently listening to The Dark Priests, a shovel and bell chant that's hypnotic and scary. I feel as if I'm taking part in this ritual of burying, how many people? Bandcamp reviews seem to put Hanging Tree as their favorite. In the layers of sound throughout this album hides a dangerous swarm, sometimes distant, sometimes near. Other times, especially with A Message Sent to Earth, we catch traveling frequencies to a more contemporary beat.
