There's nothing like throwing yourself right into your work and coming out with solid results.
Lightning Dangerfield's debut EP 'The Goods' seems to do that from the get-go with "Toni Hock", wasting no time to get right to it!
Just listen to those tight, wasp-stinging guitar licks!
We can't imagine a better way to fire off a debut and what follows makes the 3-track EP flow with power and grace in "Hyperfunk.
This track sizzles as is but before you know it, the flames get higher in what sounds like a mix between Stevie Ray Vaughn and Jimi Hendrix leaving behind one scorcher of a track.
Our favorite has to be the closer, "Street Meet", which is a little broader than the rest and more of a rock-fusion engagement.
If it hasn't already happened, Lightning Dangerfield could walk into a room, rip through each other these tracks then turn and walk away leaving everyone in that room slack-jawed.
As of this writing, 'The Goods' is available as a FREE download on Bandcamp so, download this today!
